陳麗卿 Rebecca Chen

陳麗卿女士現任櫃買中心總經理，並擔任碳交所監察人及會基會董事。歷任臺灣證交所副總經理及投保中心董事等。深耕證券市場逾30年，擁有豐富實務經驗，對交易制度變革規劃、發行市場推動與管理、債券市場發展、證券商業務、公司治理及市場監理等皆具高度專業及深厚見解。

Ms. Rebecca Chen is the CEO of the Taipei Exchange (TPEx) and also serves as a Supervisor of the TCX and a Director of the Accounting Research and Development Foundation. She previously served as Senior Executive Vice President of the TWSE and as Director of the Securities and Futures Investors Protection Center.
With more than 30 years of experience in the securities market, she possesses extensive expertise in trading system reform planning, the promotion and administration of the primary market, bond market development, securities firm operations, corporate governance, and market supervision.
