宋天祥 Tien-Shiang Sung

理律法律事務所合夥人，美國波士頓大學國際銀行法碩士，司法官特考及格，並曾任中華民國仲裁協會仲裁人。專精於融資、IPO、資本市場、投資併購等法律服務，曾獲證交所及櫃買中心頒獎表揚。

TIEN-SHIANG SUNG is a partner at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. He holds a Master's degree in International Banking Law from Boston University. He passed the Examination for Judges and Prosecutors and qualified to serve as an arbitrator for the Chinese Arbitration Association, R.O.C. He specializes in legal services related to financing, IPO, securities issuing in capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. He has also recived awards from the Taiwan Stock Exchange and the Taipei Exchange in recognition of his work.
