黃仲豪 Alex C. Huang

現任金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局副局長。證期局負責維持資本市場交易秩序、促進證券及期貨市場健全發展，並保障投資人權益。黃仲豪於 2004 年 9 月加入金管會。
在擔任現職之前，黃仲豪曾任主任秘書，以及證券商管理組、證券發行組與會計審計組組長。他於 2005 年至 2008 年間派駐金管會駐紐約代表處，並曾於2019至2023年擔任審計監理機關國際論壇(IFIAR)理事。

Mr. Alex Huang is currently the Deputy Director-General of the Securities and Futures Bureau (SFB), Financial Supervisory Commission. The SFB is responsible for maintaining the orderly transaction of the capital markets, facilitating sound developments of the securities and futures markets, and safeguarding the rights and interests of investors. Mr. Huang joined the FSC in September 2004.
Before current position, Mr. Huang was the Chief Secretary, Director of Securities Firms Division, Corporate Finance Governance Division and Accounting and Auditing Supervision Division. He was stationed at the FSC New York Representative Office between 2005-2008. He also served as Borad member of the IFIAR (International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators) during 2019-2023. Mr. Huang holds a Master’s degree from the Graduate Institute of Public Finance, National Chengchi University, and a bachelor’s degree in Public Finance from National Chung Hsing University.
