簡立忠 Lih-Chung Chien

簡立忠先生現任櫃買中心董事長及期交所董事，曾任臺灣證交所總經理、中華信評董事長、台灣指數公司總經理及投保中心總經理，投身證券市場逾30年，熟稔資本市場發行及交易制度、證券商業務、市場監理、公司治理及投資人權益保障等。

Mr. Lih-Chung Chien is the Chairman of the Taipei Exchange (TPEx) and serves as a Director of the TAIFEX. Prior to his current role, he was the President of the TWSE, Chairman of the Taiwan Ratings Corporation, President of the Taiwan Index Plus Corporation, and President of the Securities and Futures Investors Protection Center. His career in the Taiwan’s capital markets has spanned more than 30 years, during which he has developed extensive expertise in listing and trading systems, securities brokerage operations, market oversight, corporate governance and investor protection.
